“Most Criminal Branch” — publication by V. San’ko in “Nezavisimaya gazeta” (“Independent Newspaper”) (Moscow) about the economic recession in fisheries on the background of industrial upsurge and the reason of this occurence. The reason is criminalisation of fisheries.
